Detox Recipe | Dandelion Greens + Egg Skillet

This is our go-to recipe for when we’re looking to support a gentle detoxification through nutrition. Bonus? It tastes delicious and is super easy to whip up.

Ingredients:

2 eggs

1 cup of dandelion greens

1 cup of cabbage

1/2 cup of kale

1/2 avocado

1/4 cup of bone broth

1/2 T of ghee

sprinkle of salt, pepper, turmeric and paprika

Directions:

  1. Chop leafy vegetables

  2. Sauté greens/cabbage in a skillet with ghee

  3. Add bone broth and let the veggies steam

  4. Crack 2 eggs in the middle and sprinkle with spices

  5. When egg whites have cooked through, remove from heat

  6. Top with avocado and a squeeze of lemon
