Healthy Foods That Keep You Full
TIME magazine recently reported on the 100 healthiest foods to satisfy hunger. The most common reason we aren’t able to stick to our diet or nutrition goals is that we don’t feel satiated by what we are eating. Our bodies don’t cooperate very well when we eat a small salad at lunch without protein and then find ourselves hungry two hours later and eat a whole bag of tortilla chips. I believe that eating should be enjoyable! This list is a great reference for incorporating the foods, seeds, and spices that have the power to keep us happy, healthy and satisfied.
